We continue our report about the concrete work on a new countertop for the bathroom in East Housing. The concrete counter has cured an appropriate amount of time and it’s time to remove the form.

The side pieces of the form have been removed and the bottom has to be wedged a little to give way.
Here is the moment where it can be seen how well the concrete was distributed and vibrated before drying.
The wooden inserts are tough to get out.
Here is the countertop in its raw form. It will now go into the wood shop to be ground and sanded where needed, and any holes will get some filler.
