The 2011 ELECTROPOLIS event at Arcosanti began with a performance by taiko drumming group Odaiko Sonora from Tuscon, Arizona. The group is dedicated to increasing familiarity with and understanding of taiko drumming in the Tuscon community. Odaiko Sonora works with over 30,000 people annually through classes, master workshops, performances, school residencies and team building workshops.
