An update on the ongoing East Housing renovation project: Above is workshop participant Karl sanding a wooden panel that will join a series of other panels to finish the loft railing and the bathroom hallway.
After sanding, several coats of polyurethane is applied to protect the wooden panels.
Once the polyurethane has dried, the wooden panels will be installed.
The other woodworking project for East Housing that happened was the bathroom cabinet. Woodworking Manager, Randall created the box picture below with several notches to allow the cabinet flexibility of shelf size.
Once sanded, polyurethane protected, and finished, the cabinet is installed above the bathroom sinks by Randall and Tristan.
