The Indian Springfest took place on May 11. 2013 and featured world renowned Santoor player Pandit Tarun Bhattacharya, accompanied by Tabla player Prasenjeet Poddar and with the amazing Odissi dancer Guru Sanchita Bhattacharya.
Preceding the concert was a delicious traditional Indian dinner with Tandoori Chicken, Baingan Bharta: Eggplant Curry, Sambar: Red Lentil & Pepper Soup, Salad Greens with Cucumbers, Aloo Gobi: Fried Patato & Cauliflower, as well as Samosas: Potato Dumplings. Sides were Rice, Naan and Raita: Yogurt Sauce and Mint Chutney. For dessert was Rice Pudding.
