Residents, workshoppers and invited visitors gather in the Cafe
for a Thanksgiving feast. With community members coming from such varied backgrounds,
the resulting potluck included the traditional fare – Turkey, Cranberry Relish,
and Pumpkin Pie – as well as some exotic dishes: Thai Curried Tempeh & Veggies,
Spicy Quesadillas, Focaccia Breads, and even a Tofu Turkey. Later, some indulged
in the wood-fired hot-tub in Camp and were then treated to a session of readings:
poetry, mad-libs, music, and stories, in the Octagon community-building. Photo
