The students arrived late in the evening with departure scheduled for 10am the next moring. Site Director Tomiaki Tamura gave a Powerpoint show with an overall introduction [in japanese] to Paolo Soleri, Arcology and Arcosanti.
A tour of the site included a visit to the foundry during a bronze pour.
Paolo Soleri was on site and graciously signed books that the students purchased.
The students had a very enthusiastic visit.
