Join us on Saturday, June 30th for our annual Italian Night, a celebration of Arcosanti’s cultural roots through food and music. This year’s event once again features world renowned accordion player Nick Ariondo, two time Grammy Award winner and the first American to ever be awarded Italy’s Ancona Prize. Baritone Gregorio Gonzalez will accompany Ariondo in the vaults, where vegetarian and meat pasta dishes with fresh basil pesto will be served out of wheelbarrows in homage to the construction of our site.
The menu also includes a mixed green salad, green beans, chibatta, and Italian ice.
Dinner begins at 6:00 followed by performance at 7:30. Ticket prices for the event are as follows:
$20 Performance Only
$10 Student Performance Ticket
$10 Student Dinner Ticket
Those attending both dinner and performance are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance so as to get an accurate head count for dinner set up. We’re looking forward to seeing you in the vaults for another excellent Arcosanti Italian Night.
